As a mum of three, a self taught cook & over twenty years experience in the food, hospitality & wellness industry I have learnt so much.
We all know that eating more plants, fruit & veg is good for us on so many levels…but the biggest challenge is still what to do with it! How to make it part of our everyday?
I get asked many questions about this subject, such as: What should I cook? What does good look like? How do I start? These are the reasons why I am now so excited to start Cook With Kelly.
Cook With Kelly is a relaxed and safe space to learn, cook, share, chat and enjoy together. I believe in the power of cooking to empower us in creating everyday delicious healthy eating. All my recipes are packed with plants & come from my kitchen: they're simple to follow and require no previous cooking experience, which is perfect if you’re looking to build your confidence in the kitchen with fresh fruits, veggies, whole-foods and everyday cupboard ingredients. From ‘batch cooks’ and family favourites, budget friendly one pan meals, to helping you to find creative ways to love your leftovers.
Like so much in life, confidence comes with first giving it a go, then repetition & tweaking as you go. I hope you really get into your cooking, so you feel it, enjoy it ... and begin to cook instinctively.

Cooking Sessions & Workshops
My online sessions and workshops are so much more than just learning a recipe. Join me and let's get cooking together.
How It Works
Cooking sessions & workshops will take place live on zoom. You will be in your kitchen & I’ll be in mine. We will cook/
make the recipe from scratch together. I will send you a list of what’s needed in advance (Ingredients can of course be swapped with what you have or enjoy) along with the zoom link for the session.
During the sessions, cameras can be switched off (this is entirely up to you) Interaction & questions are what it’s all about, so I will be there throughout the entire session to assist, guide & encourage.
1-2-1 & group sessions available.
Sessions and courses will include seasonal recipes, batch cooking, one pan dishes, midweek meals, family favourites, loving your leftovers, food on the go, pies, curries, stews, soups and more!

I will share all I have learnt over my 20 years in the kitchen. Hopefully helping you fall in love with veggies, fruits & whole foods again you had not previously thought possible.
Learning how to love your leftovers and turn them into something new, learn tips on storing your fruit and veggies so they last longer - helping to reduce food waste.
We will talk about what it means to be 'eating the seasons' and build confidence with a selection of herbs and spices that you can use in everyday meals.
You can learn how to batch cook - something your future self will thank you for.
You will feel empowered in the kitchen so you will have a selection of go-to recipes to create delicious food for you and the people you love whenever you need them and much more.

Q. Can I swap out any ingredients?

A.Absolutely, make a swap if its something you really don’t like or have an allergy.

Q. Is the sessions suitable for beginners?

A. Yes- Everyone is welcome and a great place for beginners to gain confidence ask questions all from the comfort of your own kitchen.

Q.Will I need any special cooking equipment?

A. No… just basic equipment needed. I will pop a list out to you in the information pack.

Q. What if I have an allergy?

A. Just let me know beforehand and I can adapt the recipe for you - No problem.

Q. Does anything need prepping before the session?

A. No, everything is done is our session together.
